Paul's topic will be "A Successful Engineering Alliance and its Role Supporting Complex Baseplant Operations".

Special Resolution:

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the bylaws of the Canadian Gas Processors Suppliers Association be amended by inserting the following as a new paragraph at the end of Section 301:

“A Director of the Association may participate in a meeting of the Board or a committee of the Association by means of such telephone or other communications facilities as permit all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other, and a director participating in such a meeting by such means is deemed to be present at the meeting.”
